Video: Government shutdown: Talks between House Republicans and W.H. stall
As the government shutdown enters the 14th day, the deadline to increase the federal debt limit is three days away. House Republicans and the White House were in talks over the weekend, but they appear to have stalled due to disagreement over spending limits. CBS News congressional correspondent Nancy Cordes reports.
