Video: Morell: Enhanced interrogation techniques "inconsistent with American values"
On "60 Minutes," former Deputy Director of National Intelligence John Miller asked retired CIA Deputy Director Mike Morell about controversial U.S. intelligence policy for terror detainees after September 11. Morell said he believes the techniques were "the wrong thing to do." Norah O'Donnell reports.
