New York City mayoral candidates Bill de Blasio and Joe Lhota traded barbs in a debate held at City Hall. Vying to become the 109th mayor of the city, the two sparred over charter schools, Muslim spying and even Rudy Giuliani. CBS-TV's Marcia Kramer reports.
