Video: Gingrich: Obama "dramatically harder to deal with than" Clinton
One factor making today's government shutdown harder to resolve than previous shutdowns, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said, is that President Obama is "dramatically harder to deal with than" former President Bill Clinton, with whom Gingrich negotiated during the 1990s.
